07.01.2022 Plans for a sustainable new community in Ingleside The Minister has today released draft plans for up to 3,400 new homes in Ingleside. The plans set a high standard for sustainability and include proposals for electric vehicle recharging points, huge rainwater tanks and wildlife corridors. The draft plans also feature a town centre, neighbourhood centre, a new primary school and other community facilities. The community will benefit from proposed road and infrastructure upgra...des and improved transport options. Have your say We welcome your feedback on the draft planning package. You can view the documents and make a submission by visiting www.planning.nsw.gov.au/ingleside. Community engagement activity, including an online survey and community information sessions will take place from 31 January 2017 until 28 February 2017.
