21.01.2022 Amazing transformation from client Rianna. Her positive attitude in the gym and outside of the gym is the reason behind this change. Rianna came to us when she first started at around 90kgs and we ran through some basic fitness tests, when she first started she could get about five repetitions out on a simple body weight squat. Now she can get under a bar and squat 40kgs for fun. This here is physical proof that when you put your mind to something and you dedicate your time... and effort into achieving success it gets you results! Well done Rianna, we're all extremely proud!
21.01.2022 Two days in, already the best decision I’ve made! We needed a place for a long serving members to call their own. We were over sharing equipment and having to modify our sessions. Now we’ve found a great training facility we don’t have to worry about that and we can’t wait to see everyone’s training take off and get some real killer results

Take ownership of your failings, don’t play the victim, accept responsibility, so you can learn from it. ... 3. if you come across a roadblock, find the solution around it, don’t justify excuses. 4. understand this is a process and be patient 5. have someone to keep you accountable and join a supportive group of people 6. have structure in your life and plan ahead, so you’re prepared 7. Sleep more and stress less 8. pick a goal and take action. Don’t complain that you’re not where you want to be and keep doing the same shit. 9. Measure, what gets measured gets managed, steps, sleep, calorie intake all things you should consider measuring 10. Be honest with yourself in what you really want
