25.01.2022 The hero of our ramen is the smoked barbacoa pork from MEET. To achieve the delicious flavour we firstly, smoke the pork for 10 hours with a sweet rub. The pork is slow-cooked for 12 hours in a mouth-watering barbacoa paste with oranges, onions and bay. he smoked pork is then transferred from MEET to Susuru where we pull it and create the "Smoked Barbacoa Meet Ramen" Available for takeaway and delivery, orders can be placed online and over the phone!
