We know for some it is not feasible to attend our practice, however, we want you to know that we are here if you need us. 15.01.2022 To our valued patients... At this stage we will remain open for appointments as normal. We want you to feel safe in our practice and ensure you that we are taking extra precautions to ensure our practice is aligning to all recommended health and safety guidelines. Listed below are a few extra precautions we are taking to make sure that our practice is as safe as can be. Patients have the option of waiting in their car or outside the practice reception staff will send you ...an SMS to ask if you would like this option on the day of the appointment. If yes, when the podiatrist is ready to take you in reception staff will SMS you to let you know. If you are a new patient, your initial patient form can be completed via email prior to entering the practice. As each patient goes into the treatment rooms we are disinfecting all chairs and surfaces in the waiting room. As each patient leaves the treatment room we are again disinfecting all chairs and equipment used. We have increased the amount of sanitiser in our clinic available to patients. We have also added the option of wearing a mask whilst waiting and whilst being treated. These masks are provided by us free of charge and are available on the front desk. We are taking card payments only. We are currently developing a plan for home visits and alternative methods of treatment and will inform our patients of this option when it is available. Whether it be a ingrown toe nail, corn, callus or just general skin/nail care they can assist you! WE DO BULK BILL with a referral from your GP (ask them for more information on this!).
