22.01.2022 If you haven't experienced Yin Yoga yet, please try and take yourself along to a class, you'll never look back! With the constant pressure to progress, gain and achieve, Yin, passive, feminine moon energy, gives us a place to just breath and be, where joy is the ultimate goal! We then remember, there is great value and a deep need for space, space within Mind and Body, for it is within this space that everything becomes clear. Blocked space = discomfort, unobstructed space= bliss.

21.01.2022 Yin yoga tonight 5:30-6:30 and Hatha or Yin/yang 7-8:30, Engadine Yoga and Pilates Centre. Both drop in classes.
