With fewer transitions in and out of the room this leaves lots of time to play.

14.01.2022 Pre-Kinder: The Pre-Kinder children are currently starting to make self-watering plants. We collected recycled soft drink bottles to create the pot and water feeder. Within our yard we have some of our succulents beginning to sprout babies. The children are able to add the water and soil to their water feeder and then pick which succulent baby they would like to plant. ... We cannot wait to see how our self-watering planters go. Pre-Kinder Megan, Ashleigh, Chloe & Katelyn

04.01.2022 It has been a busy few weeks, the children and educators in the infants room have taken part in activities such as NAIDOC week, Christmas arts and crafts and most of all enjoying the great outdoors with our older peers from the junior toddler room. This gives the infants a chance to build new relationships between the other children and Educators and become familiar with the outdoor environment. As educators in the infants room we like to challenge the infants by having activities that require the child to use a range of skills and processes such as problem solving, inquiry, researching and investigating. Lara, Maree, Bec.
