24.01.2022 Classes have resumed, Ying has returned from Thailand and Japan rejuvenated. The air is full of hope and promise as summer approaches. Come and join Ying and learn some of the new poses she has learnt in her training in Thailand.

21.01.2022 No Yoga classes will run over the Easter long weekend including: Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Happy Easter :)

17.01.2022 Classes have resumed for 2016 - starting Saturday 30 January. Ying is full of enthusiasm for starting the year with joyful Yoga practice, looking forward to seeing existing and new students.
