22.01.2022 Saturday fresh produce market here all day today... right in the heart of our beautiful Southern Highlands and we are so proud with what we did prepare with the fresh English spinach in store today... spinach risotto indeed ...it tastes divine and it is the perfect pick me up plate at the end of such a busy day !! This old recipe comes from northern Greece,runs in our family for many generations and definitely takes the humble pumpkin to the dessert level indeed!
