19.01.2022 I love this analogy! You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee? "Because someone bumped into me!!!"... Wrong answer. You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea. *Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.* Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled. *So we have to ask ourselves... what's in my cup?"* When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility? Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions? Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it. And that is what is important something to aim for, aspire to, YOUR PLAN.... And, never give up on your goals, for the moment you do, that is the moment that you will stop growing as a person, the moment that your spirit will die and life will become a bore. We all need goals, to strive to be the best person that we can be. Time for a ‘brain cleanout’ clear the junk from you memory banks and shift the blockages and move on to achieving your goals.
12.01.2022 MYSTERIOUS KNEE PAIN & SWELLING... GONE IN 2 TREATMENTS. O.K. I never would have believed it if I hadn't been the patient....... Friday, late morning, when I left work I had incredible pain on the inside of my knee, just as though I had twisted it. The pain gradually spread to the back of my knee and I felt it deep inside behind my knee cap also. By 2pm my knee was so swollen and sore that that I had trouble even bending it a little and was in constant pain. So I put myself on the couch all pillowed up and had a little snooze. I woke when my partner came home about 4pm and was feeling no better. After having a whinge to him I decided to run a programme on my "Healy " a quantum frequency healing programme which ran for approximately 56 minutes. Nil immediate change. But... The weirdest thing happened later in the evening when I got up off the couch and went to walk... With each step my knee cracked in different places about 5 or 6 times and instantly I was in 90% less pain and the swelling had gone down sbout 90% also... Wow.. The next morning my knee felt the same as it had when I went to bed so I ran another programme and half an hour after the programme had finished 0 pain... 0 swelling Knee was back good as new.. Now if someone had relayed that story to me, I may have been a little sceptical- thinking maybe their pain tolerance wasn't good... but I experienced it for myself... Totally 100% sold on the healing abilities of my Quantum Frequency Device. Plus... The lesson I received... I had to experience just what it is like to have debilitating knee pain, all be it for a short time, so that I can be a little more empathetic with my Pilates Patients when they tell me their knees hurt...

09.01.2022 This will pull on, those of us who are parents, heart strings... When you first have children they talk about the challenges of parenting....the struggles of a baby waking in the night, the toddler who won’t stay in their bed, the cost of childcare, injuries from sports... Having to take off work to pick them up from school when they don’t feel well, helping them with homework, a messy house, the never ending laundry, the cost to buy school clothes, packing their lunches....... You watch their eyes light up on Christmas morning....and try to soak in the magic of those moments. You coach them in sports, rushing to practices and ballgames...and tote them all over the country to let them play the game they love...no matter how exhausting or expensive it becomes. Life is just so busy that you rarely even stop to think what the end of those days look like. In fact, it’s not really even something you can wrap your mind around. You go into it thinking that 18-20 years sounds like a long time.... Then suddenly hours turn into days...days into months...and months into years. That little person that used to crawl up next to you in bed and cuddle up to watch cartoons...suddenly becomes this young adult who hugs you in the hallway as they come and go. And the chaos and laughter that used to echo throughout your home....gets filled with silence and solitude. You’ve learned how to parent a child who needs you to care for and protect them....but have no clue how the whole letting go thing is supposed to work. So you hold on as tight as you can...wondering how time passed so quickly...feeling guilty that you missed something.... Because even though you had 20 years.....it just somehow doesn’t seem like it was enough. You ask yourself so many questions... Did you teach them the right lessons? Did you read them enough books as a child? Spend enough time playing with them? How many school parties did you have to miss? Do they really know how much you love them? What could I have done better as a parent? .....When it’s time for them to go, it all hits you like a ton of bricks. And all you can do is pray....hope....and trust that God will protect them as they start to make their way into the world alone. Parenting is by far the most amazing experience of your life....that at times leaves you exhilarated....while others leave you heartbroken. But one thing is certain.....it’s never enough time... So for all the parents with young children...whose days are spent trying to figure out how to make it through the madness... Exhausted day in and day out... Soak. It. All. In. Because one day....all those crazy days full of cartoons, snuggles, sleep overs, Christmas morning magic, ballgames, practices and late night dinners... All come to an end. 05.01.2022 A while ago I posted to see if anyone had anything that not many people knew about them... I DO... About 30 years ago I was diagnosed with myloid leukaemia, 3rd stage dysplasic cells in my cervix and a lump in my fallopian tube.. ... Being who I am(?) - I set about to " show the world " that I could heal myself... fully believing in my own simplistic explanation that my previous unhealthy lifestyle had led me to this low immunity allowing in dis-ease, all I needed to do was build up my immune system to rid myself of the Dis-ease in my body. Sounds flippant- I know- but I worked on it. Changing everything about me that I could change. Along side the guidance of a Naturopath, one of the aides that I used was something called a "Rife Machine". An electrical frequency healing machine - similar to a tens but with many more frequencies to dial up depending on the condition it was treating. I used this machine twice a day for 10 mins at a time and in 4 months I was totally clear of everything previously diagnosed. (My gynaecologist still thinks I enjoy playing Russian Roulette and sometimes these conditions miraculously disappear.. ?) Yes, I did meditate, read, change my food to totally organic, take massive doses of prescribed vitamins, and probably the most important thing was change my attitude towards ME... but that was my introduction into the world of Quantum Frequency Healing - drug free healing.
