I pride myself on being able to create and hold space for clients so that they can honestly, warts and all, declare their painful experiences and memories, and not feel judged, but supported to work and grow through their pain.

14.01.2022 It’s important to understand trauma and the impacts on us. Some people come to me and say they didn’t have any trauma in their lives, yet as we slowly unpack their life story, it’s usually every where - it just hasn’t been identified as or accepted and understood as trauma.
