24.01.2022 After 16 years in the health and fitness industry I have decided it is time to close the doors and close my PT business. I started this business 12 years ago to help women get fit and healthy, I have opened my home to mums and bubs and was extremely privileged to be one of the first Redlands businesses to offer a Mums and Bubs fitness session in a private setting. Business has been a great success. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all and getting to know you and to hel...p you to achieve your health and fitness goals. I have met so many lovely ladies and children during my time as a trainer, I have made some amazing friendships that will last forever, I have seen your children grow from babies to then attend school and I have seen you all at your highs and lows.. This decision was not made lightly but it is the right decision for me and my family. Thank you to those who have stood by me and who have helped to make my business what it is I have clients who have been with me for almost 10 years and it’s going to be sad not seeing you each and every week. I will miss our chats and our sessions. Also a big thank you to my amazing husband for always being there for me.. business hasn’t always been easy but this man kept me under wraps and kept me going I wish you all the very best with your health and fitness for the future Good Luck Sue-Ellen xx

22.01.2022 This is so true!! I struggled with this for a long term and never knew what to say to people who told me but the gym is cheaper, I will just join the gym.. Remember this guys! ... You pay for an experienced and qualified fitness professional.. not a piece of equipment you have no idea how to use! PS I hope you are all keeping up with your health and fitness

08.01.2022 I haven't posted anything for quite some time now as most of you know I am no longer in the fitness business (I have bought myself to close my page down yet ). But I wanted to share this little piece of info from another local PT that I really love. This is one reason I gave up being in the fitness industry. The sigma to be skinny, super fit, Body builder strong, completely toned etc. It gets too much. Just be yourself. Everyone has behind the scenes things going on.... Be kind - Everyone is unique in each and every way.
06.01.2022 Sunday Prep... some healthy, some not so healthy.. Sausage rolls Mini Quiche Weetbix slice... Rice bubble slice (Kids got a bit carried away with the sprinkles!) Plus salad prep. I have made about 6 rolls of sausage rolls and froze half- great for lunches or a snack. Only an hour or so in the kitchen. Along with a Sunday night roast!!

02.01.2022 First Rule For Effective, Sustainable WEIGHT / FAT LOSS. You must count calories. 1200-1500 QUALITY calories per day. Every time I get change from a shop I coun...t it, so I know I’m getting back what’s owing. If you count calories, every body will lose weight. Like money if you count them, you’ll get the results owing to you. I’ve used this method repeatedly, to win multiple Biggest Loser Titles, Male and Female starting weights in excess of 200kg, with boxers, to make safe weight, fighting for world titles at 59.6kg. It works, every time. You just need the commitment to stick to it. It doesn’t matter if your paleo, IF or keto, the same applies. Now, everyone has an opinion on this, particularly people who’ve read expert commentary online, but very few have actually proved their theories let alone put them on show for the nation to see.
