19.01.2022 This was my grandmother’s autograph book. Auriol Lawman was a huge influence in my life. She lived a long life and died at 91, 17 years ago. It was given to her... for her birthday in 1925. This hand painted watercolor of her in 1928 she would have been 16. It is so exquisitely beautiful. When you are at this stage of life that you have to step into your carer to help your elderly grandparents or parents, always look through the stuff they have kept, before you redistribute, you never know what treasures you will find! #inspiration

16.01.2022 Hi everyone, it’s 5am on Saturday morning and I have just received a very humbling miracle, so I’m sharing here in the spirit of encouragement, not bragging. I have been notified that I am receiving the Red Blazer of Excellence Achievement Award 2021-22. This is an international award for being a woman who is a humanitarian, leader, mentor, motivator, powerful inspiration and extraordinary role model,recognition for being a woman that rocks. I am blown away by this, I’m actually getting a red blazer! However I am also very aware that it is Source Love, bringing more high vibrating humans to me and placing me in a position, in the world to be part of a special group of warrior women, to lead me to more opportunities to speak my truth and share my message. Thank you source love I am ever so greatful.

I have 9 years worth of miniature chin wigs and wardrobe and all these amazing head puppets I created for the leaukaemia foundation’s World's Greatest Shave They are all beautifully handmade with arms and legs and are full head puppets. The chin wigs are all handmade and lovingly stored. I need to downsize my stuff and can no longer keep them. I would like them to go to a place where they will be used and bring joy. I can organize courier delivery to anywhere.

07.01.2022 Once again we are reading about the terrible tragedy of a murder/suicide involving 3 innocent children. Most of the media reports that you will read will be seeming to avoid calling him a murderer or a killer, which may feel like male violence DV is being downplayed and sometimes it is. This can cause us to feel anger and often this is expressed through social media posts. However, journalists have to be careful with what they write to avoid sub judice contempt. Calling out s...omeone as a murderer before a conviction is prejudicial to the trial because a jury has to make their decision based on the evidence presented in court. This is also relevant to social media. Only last week a rape trial was abandoned because a juror searched for the alleged victim on Facebook and shared the information found with the rest of the jury.
