09.01.2022 I just replaced my water filter. Check out the difference. Eeek, better in the filter than our bodies. I also weighed the filters. New filter weighed 280g whilst the used filter weighed 450g. I suppose they don't call them heavy metals for no reason.

08.01.2022 Kinesiology and Remedial massage continues to have the green light from government and health officials during covid 19. This is so great allowing all of us to stay healthy physically and mentally.. I am diligent with cleaning door handles, eftpos terminal and surfaces. 01.01.2022 Current unprecedented times easily induce feelings of fear and despair. Whenever new feelings arise in our bodies it is a good idea to have a kinesiology session to remove blocks and restrictions attached. I believe many of us are carrying emotions from a deep DNA level unconsciously reacting to news reports rather than calmly responding. Know I am open for business and needing to walk the talk on health and hygiene practises now more than ever. During this time I am taking... extra precautions to ensure the safety of each of you. New Protocol I will thoroughly wash hands before and after EVERY client Fabric hand cloth in bathroom is replaced with drying tissue and bag is dispose of them The clinic is cleaned regularly with natural probiotic based solution Regular door handle sanitising with anti-bacterial wipes For massage clients I will now use disposable face rest sheets Distance Sessions If you are in self-isolation, have travelled or been in contact with anyone who has travelled in the last two weeks, or have flu like symptoms you may more than ever require a kinesiology session.
