19.01.2022 Congratulations Suzuki. The very first Jimny (LJ10) has been accepted into Japan Automotive Hall of Fame's Historic Cars of Japan. This honour, and is indeed reconginised as that by Suzuki, is given to cars that have contributed to the development of the Japanese car industry. It's the second Suzuki vehicle to be inducted - following the Suzulight in 2008.

This year, it departed from three separate locations: Stanthorpe, Goondiwindi, and Toowoomba with the support of sponsor Darling Downs Harley Davidson. Riders from each departure point met up and were led into Goondiwindi by the Rebel FM the Rock Station Suzuki Vitara and for the final leg to Chinchilla.
