25.01.2022 When your "squad" send desk selfies to each other, with a photo of each other on the desk and Boss Lady plaques I honestly wouldn't have gotten through the past 9 months without these chicks. We chose not to tread water. We chose to stay ‘zoom’ connected and support each other whilst pushing forward to do things differently in our biz. We are stronger together and our outcomes individually and combined are living proof of that. I'm so grateful to have you all in my sp...arkly circle doing awesome stuff together. Bring on 2021!!

There's nothing more satisfying that to partner with organisations that you really align with, with the same purpose and passion to make a difference. That you can adjust and adapt rapidly with, while we rely on each other to deliver and push forward. That’s the case for Pacific Smiles Group. Agility in action - In late 2019, we met about the development and implementation of a new Mentoring Program. They partnered w...ith me for Mentor Onboarding, Leadership Development and support in getting the program off the ground. We had planned to bring the team in from all over Australia for workshops and launch. COVID-19 had other ideas! We met again in mid-March and talked about Plan B should we need it. What could it look like? How would it work? How could we still deliver quality outcomes, but do it differently and safely? Online was the answer! Over 9 weeks we developed the Mentors, senior leaders with a passion to give and learn. With a mix of Video Based Learning Modules, Downloadable Tools and Online Live Group calls to embed the learning. Was it successful IT SURE WAS! Together we created 24 power free partnerships, but we have also partnered and learnt from each other. Now this is true partnership in action! #mentoring #mentor #leadership #development
