01.01.2022 Something a little different today. Visited Glen Derwent Tea Rooms at Glen Derwent New Norfolk to help Liz with some paperwork for the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania. Via road not boat this time. Oh, the scones were the very best, too! Thanks Liz. They are currently offering High Tea on weekends. Beautiful setting, COVID-safe and the ambience just sets the scene perfectly.... The tourism network is incredible, and its is even more special when small operators can help each other out, too. We always appreciated the help from Trina Mangels when we were working through ours just a few years ago now. Time to pass on some of what we learned and pay it forward. So, if you are looking for a day out or a BnB in the south, we highly recommend a visit. www.glenderwent.com.au Destination Southern Tasmania Hobart & Beyond Derwent Valley Tasmania
