20.01.2022 Our journey begins in Hyderabad. The cuisine of this city has evolved over a few centuries during the time of the Nizams, heavily influenced by Mughal, Turkish, Arabic, native Andhra and Marathwada cuisines. From light & refreshing vegetarian dishes to rich & indulgent meat dishes and sweets of the Charminar area, the food-scape changes enormously from one end of the cityto the other. Street or hawker style food is extremely popular and literally every street corner has a foo...d stall selling biriyanis to sweets! Probably the only time people slow down in this city is when they queue up patiently to enjoy this DELICIOUS food. This is our humble ode to those who instilled the love for food and its craft.
