20.01.2022 *****COMPETITION EXTENDED***** Due to an overwhelming number of last minute submissions Swagamama has decided to extend the competition to the 26/04/2020! We want as many people as possible to get creating and we believe this little bit of extra time will be the motivation needed for that! 19.01.2022 New submission from @joshcesan ! Josh based his video on the colour purple and it instantly made him think about all things paranormal. He then searched it up and it talked about things that defy scientific understanding. Definitely a very cool concept and executed very well! Reminder that the competition closes tomorrow midnight! 14.01.2022 New artwork entry! An acrylic pour by @caitlin_hultgren , using rainbow colours. Reminiscent of galaxies, planet surfaces other worlds, and the Channel Country in outback Australia. Ive created about 10 artworks that I never wouldve made if it werent for this comp, and it definitely brought some colour and joy to my little isolated world. So thank you So nice hearing Caitlinss words regarding the competition and it echos the sentiments of a lot of our competitors. We love hearing that people got inspired and there days enlightened by creating during this time!

A reflective piece being that we are in Covid19 ISO in Aussie, our families and friends in NZ L4 Lockdown and likewise for everyone world wide. 06.01.2022 Another killing collaborative work by @blue_lotus_bne aka @mitch_marshman and @oreaux__ Regarding their work the boys said Our story is that black is the lack of colour and we explore the meanings of blue, red and yellow concluding with white, white being at peace. We combined elements of dance with rap and story telling to create our piece. Awesome work lads and A reminder for everyone wanting to submit that you have until Sunday at midnight. 04.01.2022 Bringing Back Colour winners announcement! We wanted to just say that there were so many amazing entries it was very hard to pick our favourite but without any further ado the winners are... In first place winning the $1000 prize we have @jonnydrama100 and @thor.sacre with their We See Colour video collaboration! Congratulations guys, keep doing what you do! Secondly, after collating both Instagram and Facebook likes our audience favourite is... ... @wanidabonida with her isolation performance piece! Congrats Wanida, very deserving of this win! And lastly we have our random draw! After assigning a number to each entry we used a random number generator to find our winner who is... @chanelbelej who was one of our early entrants with her beautiful shot of the colourful Gold Coast! We will be in contact with all our winners shortly to claim their prize! But we want to give a massive thank you to everyone who brought some colour back into the world
