Having experienced Anxiety for as long as I can remember, it has often fuelled self doubt, constraining me from: * simple daily activities * doing what I really want to do * being who I really want to be In becoming a performer and educator, through this journey of life, the introvert morphed Into the extrovert. Turning the anxious edge into a voice; of creativity, of expression, of knowledge, underlying the search for acceptance, appreciation and acknowledgment. The unfortunate thing about innate anxiety is that it clouds belief in the realisation of those things.
