21.01.2022 *Exciting news* We’re resuming competition in August at our 32nd Anniversary 2 day shoot We’ll be having one more month of practice!... On Sunday, 5 July we will continue our pathway back by holding a 50 target practice event with an optional flush at the end. We will be accepting full squads only. Noms must be pre booked and paid for prior to Thursday 2nd July. This can be coordinated via email at [email protected] or direct facebook message. Noms - $25pp Flush - $10pp Participants must continue to take reasonable steps to maintain 1.5m distance from all other people and please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. The event will be 1 round of 50 targets birds only. An optional flush will be held immediately after your practice round. Squads will be spaced at least 10 minutes apart to ensure they don’t catch up to the squad in front and back up. A start time will be allocated upon nomination. There will be no prizes, canteen or congregating in our club house. Hand sanitiser will be available on the day. Please get in touch - we look forward to seeing you there.

The boys set a ripping little coarse which had plenty of variety and tricky angles to test many rusty shooters. There were some great scores but only the one perfect round. 17.01.2022 **Anniversary Shoot announcement** We regret to inform you all that this morning we've made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming anniversary shoot (this is the first time in our 32-year history!) This difficult decision has been made in response to uncertainty around COVID-19 and increasing travel restrictions .... As a club and committee of management we believe that we have a moral obligation to protect our members and the wider local community - it was not easy, but we believe that it's the right thing to do. We wish to thank you all and our valued sponsors for your continued support. We hope to see you back again very soon - but in the meantime, we'll get cracking on planning a bigger and better anniversary event for 2021! We appreciate your understanding at this time - we're just as disappointed as you are!

17.01.2022 This month we should have been sending our lucky winner off on a houseboat holiday in the sun Like most things this year, our plans have changed... Whilst this trip won't be going ahead this month, it's definitely still happening ... For those that have already entered, you're still in with a chance to win All existing entries remain. The competition will roll over and it'll be drawn on Sunday, 1 August 2021 at our Anniversary shoot. So, if you need an all expenses paid houseboat holiday (& we think you all deserve it!) just shoot at our club between now and August and you'll automatically go in the draw - good luck!
