04.01.2022 Neck range of motion Did you know that by doing neck range of motion exercises you can help decrease neck pain and increase your neck range of motion! To perform: ... Sit comfortably with your feet on the floor. 1. Bend your neck forward onto your chest 2. Extend your neck to look up at the ceiling 3. Tilt your head to bring your ear towards your shoulder. Repeat on the other side 4. Rotate your neck so you are looking over your shoulder. Repeat on the other side. Repeat all these movements 10 times, moving slowly and gently. These exercises are for education purposes only and are not to be interpreted as recommendation for a specific treatment plan. If any of these exercises cause any pain or discomfort, please discontinue.
