24.01.2022 Merry Christmas & Happy New Year all my beautiful HypnoBirthing family & followers! It has been so lovely to see so many families with their HB bubbas popping up on my social pages enjoying the Christmas celebrations in the last few days! I can’t wait to see what 2021 has in store my birthing biz ... Recently I have had a request from a beautiful mumma out Sea Lake way as to if I would travel her way to do classes - and this is definitely a possibility if there are other mums & birth partners wanting to do HB classes with me! So I am just putting this out there to see if there are others interested - please get in contact with me either via instagram or Facebook! My classes for Jan:Feb are booked up but there are still spots left in March - starting Tuesday March 2nd, contact me ASAP if you’d like to book a spot! Can’t wait to chat to other mums in and around Sea Lake area if you’d like to take this opportunity of me coming to you Hannah xxx

18.01.2022 What’s your Mantra for 2021? Mine is - Health, Purpose, Miracles & Money

16.01.2022 When a mum says she’s exhausted, that she misses her old life, that she needs a shoulder to cry on or that she doesn’t know how she is ever going to get through this...she is not asking you for sleep training advice, a pair of earplugs or a shortcut. She’s asking you for support - to make her a cup of tea, to care for her baby while she takes a shower, to make her bed and fold her clothes. She’s asking you for unconditional love - to see her at her lowest and love her through... it all. She’s asking for you to see her - to acknowledge the sacrifices she’s making, to bear witness to the life-changing transformation she’s experiencing and give her reassurance that it will all be ok. She’s asking you to see her baby as she does - not as a problem to fix or a scapegoat to blame but as a brand new, immature soul trying their best in a world that is completely foreign to them...other than mum, mum was home on the inside and she still is on the outside. She’s asking you to accept her choices - whether they mirror yours or not. Approach her choices with curiosity and an open mind. She’s asking you to meet her where she is - to sit with her in the dark, to be willing to walk through discomfort with her rather than searching for a quick fix. Because she isn’t scared of her baby’s wakefulness. She isn’t scared of 3 am. She isn’t scared of rocking or nursing or holding her baby to sleep. What she’s scared of is feeling alone, judged and unloved. She’s scared of feeling devalued, weird and misunderstood. What she fears is being asked to justify her choices or feeling pressured to bury her maternal intuition and leave her baby to cry to sleep. And you have the power to change all of those things - by showing up with compassion, humility and a willingness to accept the way things are rather than trying to bend reality. Evolve alongside her and become part of her story. Remember, we can't mute the hard, without losing the good. So, be her safety net, become her greatest cheerleader and let her have her messy middle because that’s where transformation and growth truly unfold. #raisedgood Repost: @raisedgood

07.01.2022 What can you start to do to help break out of this cycle? 1. Recognise you’re ‘in it’. Name it and your mental load - make the invisible, visible. 2. Understand... that you are not alone - this has social roots and it is not all on you. 3. Get curious and understand that your anger and guilt is delivering you important information. 4. Examine how you’ve internalized the perfect mother myth, and get clear on your values (what YOU actually care about, not what you ‘should’). 5. Know that there can be purpose in discomfort and challenge - we are not supposed to be blissed out in motherhood all of the time. 6. Connect. With yourself, and/or with someone else. Shame disintegrates through connection. When we combat shame we tackle guilt. When we shift guilt, we change our relationship to anger. And when we change how we relate to anger, we create shifts within ourselves, and in our mothering. The recording of the FREE training I gave on The Mental Load and the Anger-Guilt Trap is linked below and available for replay until the weekend. My online course BLOOM: Growing Through Maternal Anger started this week. We dive deeper into all of this content plus much more. Sign up in self-study mode, see below for details
