21.01.2022 Council wishes to advise that the Swan Hill Town Hall Performing Arts and Conference Centre (PACC) will remain closed for external bookings until the end of August. Despite the gradual easing of restrictions, including recent announcements around the easing of restrictions for theatres and concert venues, it is clear the Swan Hill Town Hall PACC will not be available for normal activities for some time, Mr Myers said.
