14.01.2022 Swansea RV park is open to those travelling the state while waiting for The Spirit to carry them home. All vans must be fully self contained. $10 nightly charge.

13.01.2022 Over the past few months the CAT,(not the feline variety) has been clocking up the hours as we continue to improve our Swansea RV Park. The Park has been a work in progress since last year and we’re pleased to now offer a more expansive site with improved access tracks covered by a top layer of finer road base. Expansion and beautification of the park is ongoing.... To help with your comfort, we're now offering a touch of the Red Carpet treatment some of our sites are set up with a durable ‘pro-floor’ outdoor flooring mat for you to park alongside. We’ve also scattered around the park, a number of 2 seat park benches made from recycled pallets.complete with side tables. Make Swansea RV Park your destination hub when visiting Swansea, Freycinet, our winery region and our other East Coast attractions. If you’re caravanning, it’s the perfect site to leave your van and head off on your day trips. Swansea RV Park is located adjacent to the southern speed limit sign of Swansea just look out for our white ranch style post and rail fence and entrance. We charge $10 per night and we provide a self check-in system .. more details are in our check-in booth.

09.01.2022 Swansea RV park opened prematurely last summer and only the first layer of road base had been put down. The park was definitely a work in progress and the rocky road base has since been covered with a second layer of finer gravel. The park is in a semi bush setting over 5 acres of land and the sites are set amongst gum trees, oyster bay pines and wattles. Expansion and beautification of the park is ongoing and we will eventually cater for up to 36 Motor homes and caravans. The cost is $10 per night. The park does not have power or toilet facilities so users must be fully self contained. Tents are not permitted.
