15.01.2022 The Swansea Workers Club is looking for casual staff to work in the 'brand new' Rawsons Bar and Bistro. This is your chance to be a part of the what everyone is talking about and make your mark. Knowledge./experience in bar/tray service along with cafe/Barista skills required but we are willing to train for the right candidate. Food/Hygiene course experience an advantage. You must be available to work nights and weekends. Working with the Swansea Workers Club also come with career progression opportunities so don't hesitate and apply! 14.01.2022 Working with a calm and experienced Head-Chef, We have a brand new kitchen and are witnessing the community's excitement of a BRAND NEW FOOD OFFERING in Swansea known as Rawsons Bar & Bistro. The Club are excited to be able to offer the position of SOUS CHEF to join the growing team and work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen brigade to develop a progressive and unique food offering. This opportunity will provide excellent 'runs on the board' to assist you further in prop...elling your career forward. This will be the place to 'make your mark' and cement your reputation within a new kitchen brigade. This new restaurant served members across 7 days for both lunch and dinner. The fully renovated main dining area has a capacity of 150 pax as well as an additional 75 pax outdoor dining deck. There is also a function room for 120pax. You will be joining a growing fast paced cafe and bistro style offering which will offer you excellent job satisfaction and achievable results. We will provide a generous and appropriate salary that will reflect the importance of your Sous chef support role in the success of the food operation within the Club and the Community. We want you to help our Head Chef produce food that is the best in the area. About you... You will passionate and motivated about creating quality food. You will deliver high quality food on a consistent basis each and every time You will be a team player who will be assisting the Head Chef in the day to day operations in the kitchen You will be savvy and knowledgeable about compliance with food standards, food safety and food quality You will be driven by excellence in all areas of the food operation You will be strong and productive under pressure in busy and sometimes challenging times You will assist the Head Chef to keep control of food costs and wage costs. You will be flexible to work across a range of shifts including weekends Your interpersonal skills within and outside the kitchen will be exemplary You will be experienced and appropriately qualified for the Sous role. If you are someone who brings a positive and energetic attitude to a brand new food offering, and are a person who truly wants to be appreciate for their craft, then this may be your perfect job !
