19.01.2022 Please boycott Swan Taxis. A foreign driver pulled out in front of me on Albany Hwy with no indicator. This is not the only incident Ive had with them. A few... years ago when getting picked up from a friends birthday in a pub, my friends got in the back of the taxi before me and as I got half in, DOOR HADNT CLOSED, the driver started driving off, dragging my knee on the road a few metres, which of course skinned it painfully! He was also a foreign driver and his employer did nothing about it when we called up. PLEASE DONT USE SWAN TAXIS, THEYRE DANGEROUS AND DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE ESPECIALLY FOREIGN DRIVERS! I will never ride in a swan taxi again.

06.01.2022 Last night caught 2 taxis due to work Christmas function. First of night - taxi stank of cigarettes and had a wet back seat. Second taxi on way home, driver ha...d back window down and window lock on, wouldnt allow us to put the window up. Also rude attitude to being stopped at a breathalyser. It is a reason will continue to use uber, ola or DiDi when not paid for my work. Find the recent Swan taxi add a joke - smelly cars, not clean and rude drivers - complete opposite of what the add is trying to sell! See more

02.01.2022 a mobilty taxi was requested for specific time. 45 minutes after the supposed pick up we were told they did not have any. why did they not state so at the start. Will not be using in the future

02.01.2022 SHARING THE LOVE TO NOT USE SWAN TAXI IN PERTH!!! Unreliable, rude, opportunist are just a few words to describe SWAN TAXI. What used to be the ''GO TO'' compan...y for taxi services here in Perth, has quickly become the poster child for ''WHY NOT TO USE TAXIS" and encouraging the strong movement towards the UBER lifestyle! How can a taxi firm feel satisfied with the poor standards of service to the general public and also have no care about leaving 6 women stranded in a remote location late at night on the side of the road without prevarication!! It is really disgusting! The first driver took other passengers after we waited nearly an hour for him and he confirmed he was meters away on the phone and knew our name but moments later, drove by full with other passengers! Our second taxi driver wanted to extort us and asked for $200 for 4 drop off points and the money up front (which was confusing to us and strange)! All of our destinations were near one another and we were all cognis mentis. When we tried to reason with him and questions the higher than usual charge! He rudely turfed us out! In the end we waiting over two hours to then be rescued by UBER!! Their service was swift, clean, polite and very accommodating; like a TAXI service should be and/or aspire to be! GOOD BYE dodgy SWAN TAXI! You'll get what you deserve.....NEVER AGAIN!! See more
