22.01.2022 Receptionist/Admin Assistant Required. Swan Towing is a well-established Towing and Transport provider for vehicles of all makes and models including Light and Heavy Vehicles, plant and equipment, caravans etc. Swan Towing has 4 divisions within the business, Tilt Trays, Semi Tilt/Low Loaders, Heavy Recovery and Transport/Car Carrying. Each is dedicated to providing recovery solutions for various Insurance Companies, Government departments, as well as Civil, Mining, & Private... sectors throughout WA. Our team is dedicated to providing a service far from what is expected from other towing companies and we pride ourselves in being professional, reliable and providing impeccable customer service We currently have a position available for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. This role is permanent, full time, Monday to Friday; your hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm but these times may differ. Weekend shifts are also expected with a minimum of 1 per month. You will be responsible for: Answering and transferring a high volume of calls in a timely manner Dealing with customer enquiries both over the phone, in person and via email. Receiving and receipting over the counter payments. Taking & entering jobs into in-house data dispatch system. Customer billing as required and emailing invoices/receipts Scanning documents & putting into relevant files Banking as required Stationary stock takes and ordering as required Monitoring staff room supplies and restocking as required Assisting other admin staff in multiple areas such as, sub contractor management, fuel usage logging and other duties as required Keeping the reception area clean and tidy as well as other general house keeping requirements. Skills Required: Must have previous experience in a similar role. Excellent customer service skills. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide variety of people. Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite. Good typing speed and accuracy Previous experience with cash handling. Professional telephone manner. The ability to cope with the fast paced and demanding industry A focus on attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a busy environment. 21.01.2022 UPDATE - SORRY FORGOT TO POST EARLIER. ALL CLEAR We are onsite at a truck bogged on Roe Hwy north bound between Kalamunda Rd & Great Eastern Hwy Bypass. The truck is in the centre island so we are going to need to block the lanes to effect the recovery. PLEASE SLOW DOWN, TAKE CARE ON APPROACH OR AVOID THE AREA

12.01.2022 We are onsite at a road-train rollover on the Harrismith-Wickepin Rd Cnr Line Rd in Harrismith. The driver is ok and has been taken to hospital.It is partly blocking the road. Please avoid that area or take care on approach.

12.01.2022 UPDATE 2-1500hrs Scene is now clear. Main Roads still onsite cleaning up the road but should be alI clear within the hour. UPDATE **1 lane is now open under traffic management.... We have trucks onsite at a B Double that has rolled on Tonkin Hwy south bound just south of Neaves Rd. The driver is ok.The road is now closed from Neaves Rd and will be closed for several hours. **Seek alternate route **

08.01.2022 UPDATE 1900HRS - The trailer that was blocking the road has been unloaded and recovered. However we are expecting that the road will be under traffic management for most of the night and still down to one lane as we are working close to the roadside. UPDATE 0830HRS - 1 lane is now open under traffic management. Please take care on approach. We are onsite at a truck rollover on Great Northern Hwy 130kms north of Meekatharra. 06.01.2022 If anybody is feeling like looking at some trucks on display tomorrow, come on down to Burswood on Swan for the Livestock & Rural Transport Association of WA annual conference. We will have 3 trucks on display and some of the dealers will also. Hopefully the rain holds off for a while. #swantowing #recovery

06.01.2022 UPDATE Road is now open. We are heading to a semi rollover on the Calingiri - Wongan Hills Rd. The driver is ok. The road is completely blocked and the road is shut. Police are on site. PLEASE AVOID THE AREA AND SHARE TO LET OTHERS KNOW.

03.01.2022 We are onsite at a truck & trailer rollover on Old Yanchep Rd near Wattle Ave Nowergup. The driver is ok. The truck is blocking 1 lane and the road will be closed in both directions while the recovery is taking place. Please SLOW DOWN, TAKE CARE ON APPROACH OR AVOID THE AREA IF POSSIBLE.

02.01.2022 This accident was the end result of an "alleged" drunk driver. Lucky no one was seriously injured. Last photo shows him being taken off by the Police.
