25.01.2022 "Panggil Kami Pekerja Rumah Tangga"
18.01.2022 How have your rest days changed during the social distancing/lockdown? (Apakah jam istirahatmu berubah selama masa pandemi/lockdown?) Do you suffer from heavier workload amid the Covid-19 epidemic? (Apakah beban kerja makin bertambah selama masa COVID-19?) How does technology (internet, mobile apps) helps you to connect with others, with families, and to stay informed? (Bagaimana teknologi membantu Anda untuk tetap terhubung dengan kawan-kawan migran lainnya, dengan keluarga dan juga untuk mendapat informasi?) Send your story to [email protected].
17.01.2022 My everyday life of living in the Covid-19 pandemic as a foreign domestic worker..... 06.01.2022 Cerita Anda akan menjadi bagian dari diary pandemi.
02.01.2022 We’re 10 days away from the 2020 Reflections: Voices Of Our Migrants event! Have you signed up at bit.ly/voom2020? This event was designed together with our mig...rant friends to understand what would make the event meaningful for them. One component of this event is a panel discussion with speakers from different migrant communities. You’ll get to understand how their experiences in 2020 and dreams for 2021 have been unique. Apart from giving our migrants a platform to connect directly with you, this panel discussion also focuses on their skills and talents -- especially in art! By listening to the stories captured in their art, we hope you’ll catch a glimpse of the richness of their lives, beyond the work that our migrant friends do for us in Singapore. In our panel discussion, you’ll get to hear from: - Syakirin, representing the Malaysian worker community - Amy, representing the domestic helper community - Sojib, representing the migrant brother community This panel discussion will be facilitated by: - Nicole, who is a member of the A Good Space co-operative and leads Welcome In My Backyard - Tas, who is from the migrant brother community Stay tuned to find out more about the second component of this event, which involves making and sharing art together with our migrant friends :D Event Details: 2020 Reflections: Voices Of Our Migrants 27 December 2020, Sunday 10 am to 12.30 pm Join us online via Zoom or in-person at Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre Register at: bit.ly/voom2020 Slots are limited, so sign up now!
