25.01.2022 A great story on Holly holliday and her work on neuroblastoma.

13.01.2022 Congrats to Holly Holliday for publishing a lovely review on the Epigenomics of mammary development today, in collaboration with Prof Sue Clark https://rdcu.be/5MaX

12.01.2022 Our new paper is out in Nature Communications. We use Smoothened inhibitors to target the microenvironment of #TNBC breast cancer. Improves survival in mice and we see promising Phase I results in humans. So grateful for the perseverance & team work of Mun Ngah Hui-Tan, Aurélie Cazet, Sandra O'Toole, Tom Cox's lab, Michael Samuel, Geicam (Spain) and others. First evidence for clinical activity from targeting cancer-associated fibroblasts. Phase II trials next! https://rdcu.be/3qSH

05.01.2022 So proud of you Holly! Great science and a brilliant PhD thesis!

03.01.2022 I'll be speaking at a public event on Wednesday in Sydney hosted by Pathfinders, a group of legends kickstarting cutting edge medical research. A few tickets are left. https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/pathfinders-cancer-research

01.01.2022 #RAGESeq lives! We've developed a new method to pair 10x Genomics scRNA-Seq with targeted full length Oxford Nanopore Technologies Seq. We use it to track lymphocyte dynamics, splicing and somatic mutation in #breastcancer. Great collaboration with the labs of Martin Smith & Chris Goodnow. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/09/24/424945
