12.01.2022 Our new paper is out in Nature Communications. We use Smoothened inhibitors to target the microenvironment of #TNBC breast cancer. Improves survival in mice and we see promising Phase I results in humans. So grateful for the perseverance & team work of Mun Ngah Hui-Tan, Aurélie Cazet, Sandra O'Toole, Tom Cox's lab, Michael Samuel, Geicam (Spain) and others. First evidence for clinical activity from targeting cancer-associated fibroblasts. Phase II trials next! https://rdcu.be/3qSH

We use it to track lymphocyte dynamics, splicing and somatic mutation in #breastcancer.
