14.01.2022 Try this one for a quick session. Complete a sprint at the end of a total block equivalent distance to the reps you are on; i.e. 50 reps = 50 mtr sprint (after all four exercises). Try and get under 40minutes.
14.01.2022 Give this one a crack, complete ‘A’ then ‘B’. Then, complete ‘A’ (1/2 reps. i.e 16, 7, 7) then ‘B’ (1/2 reps also) as alternating sets x 3 rounds.
