19.05.2022 **EXPERIENCED STAFF WANTED** Southwest Barbecue is looking for experienced staff within the hospitality industry, preferably junior chef, apprentice pitmaster and kitchen hand wanted. A great opportunity to join our team at our shop in Appin. The role would suit someone with kitchen experience such as: food preparation, cooking, general cleaning, taking orders using the POS system, taking phone orders, understanding stock control, assisting other staff and team members as req...uired but most of all, you will be working with the SOUTHERN PRIDE SPK500 SMOKER which is truly one of a kind smoker and one of a very few in Australia. The applicant needs to be well organised, be able to perform under pressure, have excellent communication & social skills, be punctual, reliable and take pride in the work that is required and have their own transport. This opportunity would suit someone who is available during the weekends & some weeknights. We pay the Fast Food Industry Award rate (MA000003) and the position is Casual to begin with a 3 month probation period which will then transition to either a part time or full time role based on performance, commitment & reliability.
