RISING SUN! ... 8.5% ABV - RIIPA Body = rub red with good clarity and an off white head Aromas = pine, candied citrus and burnt caramel Flavour = full sticky body with assertive bitterness. 06.01.2022 EVENT UPDATE We wanted to advise everyone that we are monitoring the current shutdown situation as it unfolds throughout this week. Our COVID Safe Event Plan has been signed off and approved by the WA Department of Health, however we will continue to update accordingly and put plans in place once further information comes to hand. ... Lets hope that as a community, if we all follow the guidelines, directives and requests from the Department of Health, that this current lockdown will be over sooner rather than later Cheers, The SWCBF Team
