13.01.2022 You may have noticed there has been a lot of communication surrounding the COVID-19 (Corona Virus). We want to assure everyone at CrossFit Docklands that we are taking extra precautions to keep our space as clean and hygienic as possible. You will notice hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes for your own use at the gym as of today. Some things you can do: 1. Wash your hands before and after you workout. This will help to keep our equipment clean as well as protect yourself.... 2. Wipe equipment down after you use it. Our gym is cleaned frequently but by helping clean equipment you can minimise spread of germs 3. Stay home if you are sick! If you are feeling unwell take time to rest, we want to keep our CrossFit Docklands as healthy and fit as we can. 4. Bring a towel, using your own towel separates you from the gym floor and stops the spread of bacterial
