19.01.2022 2017 a month has come and gone already and SAO has been quiet. Well In fact, we’ve been anything BUT quiet. Taking care of my 2 gorgeous gals each day and squeezing in quite a bit of PT business around being with my girls is quite the job. No doubt I’m #blessed. The most wonderfully exciting news to start this year is that I’m finally injury FREE YIPPEE! After hardly being able to train last year due to painful Osteitis Pubis, It’s finally healed and I’m back doing weights..., walking and reformer pilates.I hope it never ever ever comes back! What a loooong bloody road that was. Now on the hunt for the perfect combination for workouts for women (I’ll share with you more about this). I’m actually more excited to PT than I have been in years, which is saying a lot considering I always loved it. So 2017 I’m very hopeful of you at the very least I’m looking forward to being fitter and healthier than I’ve been since pre babes. To you all I’ll say this Healthy is your hottest outfit, your best side and the part of you that will feel the best on you. Love your body, no matter where you are on the journey it’s the one you’ve got and it has taken you through some amazing things like adolescents, your career maybe it has nurtured and grown your babies and continues to power you through this crazy thing called life. Whether you’re where you want to be on your health journey on not LOVE it, respect it and keep taking the steps towards your healthier you. It’s those small and steady steps that will take your health to where you want it to be. Katie and I aren’t new to the fit and healthy living lifestyle, we’ve been at it for over 10 years and we still love it! 17.01.2022 This weather definitely calls for a smoothie! 1/2 cup frozen berries half a banana 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tbs yoghurt (could also use coconut yoghurt/cream) 1 celery 1 small carrot (added after) enjoyed outside in the garden with my mini-me Kx #healthyisawayoflife

15.01.2022 Saturday morning bliss (as a Mum anyway ) Pilates & a grocery shop! I have been so bad with meal planning lately that I get to Tuesday and I'm standing in front of the fridge not sure what we are doing for dinner. Before having Zac I used to enjoy being a little more spontaneous with meals, however I have learnt that this does not work anymore! So I have bought enough ingredients for 5 meals (protein in the fridge) and I feel so much better. Here is what I have planned this week Homemade meat balls, green salad + sweet potato fries Japanese inspired Salmon w steam greens maybe some quinoa Green curry tofu w brown rice Chicken lasagne (recipe by Lorna Jane it is ) w lots of veggies Mexican Chicken Salad. What has everyone got planned on the menu this week? I love hearing other people's go-to recipes Kx #healthyisawayoflife

08.01.2022 VEGGIE JUICE still my favourite way to star the day! This is my usual combo greens (mix between kale, silverbeet & cos) celery cucumber ginger lemon extras if they are in the fridge: grapefruit, carrot, baby beetroot. Happy Weekend all Kx #healthyisawayoflife
