21.01.2022 Good morning to our #SweatSquad crew. Following the Governments announcement yesterday, we just want to further update you with our current movements. The best news is that we will be remaining open (at least for now), which will provide you all with some normality and routine. The new rulings do mean that well need to monitor the number of people we have in the studio at any one time, so for this reason, well be limiting class numbers to four participants. As more news comes to hand, well be sure to inform you on how itll impact us. Stay safe

Although disappointing, we fully support these measures. In the meantime, well be offering #VirtualTraining and the details of this will be released in the coming days.
