13.01.2022 The brief for this was to make a Golden Gaytime cake and chuck in some choccies and berries. Three thick layers of vanilla malt and white chocolate cake, vanilla malt buttercream, thick caramel sauce, malt biscuit crumbs, chocolate drip, splashed with edible gold and finished with the choccies and berries. The pictures are from start to finish of the final product. Hope you enjoy

07.01.2022 The brief for this cake was Gluten free and whatever style I wanted. It was for a 70th and the recipient loves chocolate, flowers and the colour red. I made a four layer gf chocolate cake with vanilla milk soak, the creamiest vanilla buttercream, fresh berries, chocolates, gold leaf and beautiful red blooms from Hot Poppies flower studio.

07.01.2022 This weekends birthday cake is going out to Cheryl who turns 60 today. Cheryl loves to play golf with her friends in Wellington so her daughter arranged to have this one made for her so she could still have a nice cake on her birthday even though she can’t have the party. Layers of caramel mud cake with caramel frosting and edible decorations.
