15.05.2022 Fertile Egg Update ... Our hens have been affected by the recent floods and heading into Autumn, they have slowed right down in their laying. So, I'm sorry to advise, but no eggs available currently. I am compiling a waiting list for when they return to normal. Thankyou for your patience and support. Take care. Maree

16.01.2022 Last day for my garden challenge, thanks to my friend Belinda, for nominating me... Day ... Our silkies in the garden. My pride and joy. Most of my time through the day, while the kids at school, is spent tending to these beautiful creatures. They have such lovely personalities, and complement our garden so well. Here are our pyles enjoying some free ranging time. Have a great weekend everyone... Today, I nominate Mandy at #VillageSilkies, if she'd like to play along.

14.01.2022 Thanks to my lovely friend Belinda, here is my daily post from our garden for my 10 day challenge... Day 9... our pekins in the garden. This is only our black, blue and splash pen. (Our gold pen were still in their cage). We have some herbs (chives, sorrel, comfrey, lavender, nasturtiums, sage and all under the native fuschia tree) for the chooks to eat when free ranging. I will nominate Claire #ClaireBickleGardeningfortheGoodLife, if she'd like to also share 10 days of photos from her lovely garden. No pressure to play though. Thanks!
