16.01.2022 Christmas is just around the corner! I have decided to create cookie packs this year for you to share with your friends and family (or to enjoy yourself of course ). They will be available in packs of 6, 12 and 24. Each cookie will be hand decorated with piped royal icing and sealed in a bag. If you’re wanting to order a large amount please don’t hesitate to send me a message. Orders close on the 15th of December so make sure you get in quick! 6 pack $15 12 pack $30 24 pack $60

16.01.2022 Dehydrated citrus slices are the best addition to a cake! Make sure you cut them as thin as possible and pop them on a wire rack then on a baking tray. Bake them at a super low temperature, about 75C, for a few hours turning them every now and then. You know they are ready when they are dry and look like little stained glass windows

08.01.2022 One for the gents! Not all cakes have to be pretty and flowery, this one I paired with neutral natives, dark chocolate drip and dehydrated orange slices as the flavour was chocolate orange
