A chocolate & peanut butter swirl cake, layered with milk chocolate ganache & chopped snickers bars, decorated with fondant icing to form a delicious 130kg barbell (her Nationals Gold Medal Winning PB load)! . I was attempting to make a fondant model of a Pei lifting the actual bar, however she collapsed so we were left just with the bar and her @pbphysio business logo on the platf...orm as a last minute addition instead. .
