14.01.2022 I was in charge of Christmas Desserts this year so I decided on a Trifle and Chocolate Pav. Christmas Trifle always reminds me of my beautiful late Grandma, although mine will never be as good as hers. We went with ‘Smashed Chocolate Pavlova’ topped with berries and cream. Something a little different but it was a hit.
