22.01.2022 So I have a wonderful old friend who lives in WA. And she makes really awesome handbags and stuff exclusively Lee is her page. Check it out but I have wanted to try for so long to make a handbag. Well I finally had the opportunity to give it ago. My sister-in-law is having her birthday this Sunday and she is the author Allayne Webster so I took three of her published books Paper Planes, Cardboard Place and Centre if my everything and made a my first ever tote bag. I had... to make it up as I went along because what I wanted to do I couldn’t do from a previously made one. So I am so happy with it and I know she is so excited to show all her author friends. So I have decided to make some more to see how they go. Wish me luck. Just in case you were wondering it is made out of material and iron-on for the word and pvc plastic to encase it in.

17.01.2022 Getting close to my first ever stall fair. OMG am I nervous. Hope to see as many as I can at the Golden Grove Primary School Twilight Fair this Friday starts at 5.30. Table not quite finished but almost. Come buy or order.

16.01.2022 So I made this by my own no pattern no following someone else’s. I can see some flaws but overall I am pretty stoked I think with some practice and a few adjustments I could make more look even better.

10.01.2022 So I thought I would give some more bags a go. So here are two make up bags one just a bit smaller and a very large (thanks to my daughters choice) tote bag great for towels and drink bottles to the beach. Light and easy fold up to not take up too room when not in use.

04.01.2022 So started my week long foot slog for mailbox drop. Did below in an hour and half now to clean up and do some creative work.

04.01.2022 So the fair went ok for my first stall. A few bags went and quiet a few cards for the jewellery taken. But I made this bag for myself yesterday to keep busy before the stall. I loved it so much that I am now using it.

02.01.2022 Ok finally to announce we have renamed Daisies it is now "Sweet Barley - Jewellery and Accessories." Yipee. Have been waiting to do this now for awhile.. I thought with a new name and a new look it would give it a new spark. It will still provide the same quality and style that you all know and except from me as Daisies. Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the new name and hopefully some new orders as well. Thank you all for standing by me over the last few years it means so much.
