07.01.2022 I know I’m really slow in posting on socials. It’s been an amazing start to the year. Thank you to all who’ve been ordering and keeping this girl busy. Loved making this baby shower cake for my dear friend Jagruti Patel. Inside was a unusual flavour inspired from our traditinal Indian sweets. Cardamom and pistachio cake with rosewater cream, finished with Vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream. Topped with cute little edible elephant image and chocolate covered balls(using Colour Mill sky blue and ChefmasterColors blue) and a fondant plaque using Sweet Stamp - Amy Cakes.
