I’m a third generation cake baker/decorator. Everything is baked from scratch here in my registered kitchen in Langwarrin, VIC. My most popular and rerequested cake flavour is white choc raspberry closely followed by any of my choc mud variants (choc hazelnut, dark choc raspberry, choc orange, choc caramel or choc coconut) but if y...ou’re after something more light and fluffy, my vanilla or lemon cakes are The reason I talk about the flavours and the fact that I bake from scratch is because everyone is after something different for their wedding.
