25.01.2022 You might hear dingoes howling in the distance when youre up at the Bunya Mountains this winter. This eerie sound means they are choosing their mates and vying... for territory and come spring will have litters of golden pups running at their feet. While we dont see many dingoes on the mountain, they are present here in small numbers. They usually hunt at night, and are actually quite shy of humans. Listen carefully at night and you might hear their breeding calls. #thisisqueensland

07.01.2022 The Bunya Mountains is a spectacular wilderness range forming an isolated section of the Great Dividing Range situated about 150km from the coast and lying almost centrally between Kingaroy and Dalby. The Bunya Mountains is pristine, peaceful and spectacular, yet only 2 3 hours from Brisbane and 3 4 hours from both coasts.
