18.01.2022 Custom cake for 18th birthday. Chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganash layer. Fondant decorations.

17.01.2022 Carrot cake cheesecake. This is a carrot cake with vanilla cheesecake marbled and baked together. Cream cheese icing on top. Decorated with candied carrots and sugar art.

17.01.2022 11th birthday cake. 3D chocolate soccer ball cake. Made with a wooden board to make serving easier. Complete with piped grass for added effect.

15.01.2022 Hi everyone as you might have noticed I have finally put up a Facebook page for my cakes. This is still a work in progress as my cakes are on various cameras. If you have any of my cakes please feel free to share. For those who don't know me I love baking and will bake cakes for people at a reasonable price. I hope to fill this page with cakes :D

13.01.2022 50th birthday cake. (Can't remember the flavour will update) The '0' is a cake covered in blue fondant, the '5' is also blue fondant. Red fondant covered base cake with gummie lollies for decoration.

12.01.2022 My first 'SpongeBob SquarePants' character cake. It's a chocolate cake with a surprise inside ;) a photo will be updated later. I used colored chocolate icing and cake 'bubbles' to spell the birthday boys name.

06.01.2022 I made this as a surprise for my parents anniversary. Caramel sponge cake with a chocolate buttercream icing layer, covered in ganash then chocolate buttercream again and handmade fondant decorations.

06.01.2022 Lemon Meringue Cupcakes. Sweet lemon cupcakes with a tart lemon curd filling. Topped with torched Italian meringue.

04.01.2022 Mothers birthday cake. Seven layers of chocolate cake and chocolate cream icing. Covered in red fondant icing and lettering. Chocolate plastique hand made roses with a pearl shimmer. Complete with a hand moulded fondant panda holding a rose.

04.01.2022 RSPCA fundraising cupcakes. Various flavours of base cupcakes topped with smaller cupcake. Buttercream icing detailing, sugared marshmallow ears and choc drop eyes.

03.01.2022 Latest birthday cake for a customer! Monster high themed with all hand made decorations. Red velvet and cream cheese frosting.
