25.01.2022 "you charge too much! ''," how can a cake cost that much?! ". I get told this numerous times a month. It use to really bug me. However I can see from the customers point of view it is just lack of education. A naked cake with fresh flowers can take 12 hours to create, plus fresh flowers are $$ a simple bunch is anywhere from $30 - $60 and that is nothing elaborate, now ad my quoting and man time, electricity costs, ingredients, packaging, delivering. This Dessert table consisted of a lolly buffet, Carrot cheesecakes, custard tarts, choc mini cupcakes, lavender & white choc cupcakes, key lime mini cupcakes, spirulina & coconut bliss balls, mascarpone and chocolate filled cannoli, choc mouse tarts, macarons and shortbread cookies and choc Oreo dipped cookies .
