17.05.2022 Master 2 and I have spent the last hour talking about cake and designing his birthday cake. His favourite cake I am told is chocolate ripple followed by, vanilla with chocolate spots. My favourite cake is a light melt in your mouth passion fruit sponge followed closely by Black Forrest cake. If you could have any cake, what would be your pick?

26.04.2022 I would like to introduce to you Omer. Omer is an incredibly brave and inspiring young man who I was given the honour of meeting and making his birthday cake and cup cake. This was organised by a fantastic organisation called The Cake Angels

08.04.2022 This week I was lucky enough to be asked to make a birthday cake for a very special young man. It was such an honour to create this cake for Omer, the cake brief from The Cake Angels included his love for dragons, sharks and the avengers (instantly i was excited these are three things I also love). I hope Omer, his beautiful family and friends enjoyed the cake as much as I did making it. I will post the avengers cup cakes shortly :)

05.04.2022 I thought that last weeks minion Tom cake was hard to say good bye to. Though he may have attitude I have really fallen in love with this little guy :)
