19.01.2022 Bonjour a tous. Big news for those who haven't read our message at the shop. We are 'En vacances' (on holidays). We need a break to recharge our batteries. I asked for 6 months but someone thought that I was hilarious or that I had just lost my mind.... So it is only going to be for 1 (one) week. Yes I agree with you, it is not long enough. We will be re-opening on Monday 16th March (unless I fall off a tree or something like that! Of course I will let you know if anything changes!). Enjoy your time away from us and hopefully we might see you again soonish. Thank you. Didier.



19.01.2022 Thank you Jo for your warm welcome into Sweet Tempered Chocolateria! We hope that you keep popping in to chat, it's always so much fun to see you. Having lived in Noosa for the last 19 years, we know how important it is to have a local cafe that offers you the 4G experience.. Great coffee, great food, great service and great fun! I'd like to say that it is a relief to be back in Noosa full time, as the weekly commute to Brisbane was becoming quite boring. Due to my French ...background and pastry training, there will be some changes (and a French touch) to Sweet Tempered but we hope it is well received. We'd like to wish all of Sweet Tempered's customers and followers a wonderful Christmas and a safe New Year, and hope to welcome you in early January. 19.01.2022 How time flies! Tomorrow marks 3 weeks since our re-opening. We're having an amazing time, largely thanks to all of you for being such lovely and loyal customers. What's been your favourite treat from our store so far?

14.01.2022 To all our wonderful people whom we see in our little French style cafe... Didier has left for France to see his father who is not well at all. He has managed to see him after two solid days of travelling, which is fantastic. He is booked to return for the 26 October, so that the shop doesn’t stay closed for too long. We plan to be back, up and open on the 29th October. I will keep you posted if he has to prolong his trip. Thank you all for your patience and understan...ding. 07.01.2022 And for dessert......La Bûche. It comes in so many different flavours, whatever you fancy really; dark chocolate truffle, chestnut parfait, salted caramel chiboust, Black Forest, vanilla mousse and fresh raspberries, white chocolate and caramelised pistachios, etc etc Not many people know about this typical French Christmas cake but hey.. that’s ok. It just means that there will be more for the connoisseurs (and for me too!). So remember this one for next year: La Bûche (de Noël).

06.01.2022 Although not available for purchase at the moment, this decadent Tarte St. Sofie made with an indulgent chocolate base is an example of the French delicacies available at our chocolate store and patisserie. Might be coming in the near future, once we're on our feet and running smoothly!

03.01.2022 Today’s word is: Tartelette. A tartelette is a small tarte. In French, we add ‘ette or tte’ at the end of a word if it means something smaller than the original ex: maisonette is a small maison. Of course our tartelettes are made by us, in house!
