24.01.2022 I made 2 batches of hot cross buns today, one for the road tomorrow and one for the manchild whos staying home. You wouldnt think a hot cross bun could cause such a commotion in a household. Nothing quite like listening to an 18 year old arguing that I cant taste test one from the second batch as they are ALL his for morning tea whilst we are away. I have to taste from my first batch......hes so mean. I will share the recipe with you during the week some time, I took some useful videos to share a few techniques with you as well.

17.01.2022 Hi Sweet Peeps, ive finally bitten the bullet and posted my first blog post this evening. Im not happy with the layout at the moment, but feeling too tired to try and figure it out. It took me 48 revisions only to be back more or less with the layout i strarted with. I so need to go back to the drawing board with my theme and get my head around changing it a bit. 14.01.2022 So felt like playing around with some flavours this morning. These are Tiramisu Chocolate Tarts made with vanilla tart shells with 58% couverture dark chocolate filling with a mascarpone and cream topping, dusted lightly with cocoa powder. Delish.......
