21.01.2022 This October, our Whisky Roast will bring you single source Mallee rye matured at Melbourne’s awesome new rye whiskey distillery The Gospel Whiskey, take you to the regional town of Timboon for bold small batch railway shed drams from Timboon Railway Shed Distillery, to the foothills of Mount Dandenong Bakery Hill Distillery to taste classic ex-bourbon cask flavours and a smokey special release, and to the glorious Mornington Peninsula Chief's Son Distillery for beautiful malts matured in ex-fortified French oak.
